I have a deep love for all animals and have dedicated my life to looking after them.
My aim is simple...
To love and care for each and every animal just like I'd want someone to take care of mine.

I started Happy Walkers Pet Services to give my clients complete peace of mind that their fur babies are in safe caring hands as I know how hard it can be to fit everything into a busy life and also look after your pet family, giving them all the exercise and care they need to keep them happy and healthy.

At Happy Walkers Pet Services I offer a free consultation to help you make this important decision. I will visit you and your pets to discuss your requirements and answer any queries you may have about my services.
As a genuine animal lover myself I realise how hard it can be to leave your treasured pets with someone new, I hope after the consultation you will have complete peace of mind that you are leaving them in kind and capable hands.
For your added peace of mind I am a former veterinary nurse and have been involved with animals for over 35 years either owning, working or rescuing them.
I am fully insured, police checked and hold a dog first aid certificate.
I drive an air conditioned van which has built in crates for extra safety in transit for your dogs and it has an on board camera.
I also hold vet and rescue references.

Solo Dog Walking
Solo Dog Walking £12 regular £15 Ad hoc
Solo walks are 30 minutes long normally and suit dogs that like their own company or older/ smaller dogs that don't like a long walk. They can also be useful for puppies just starting lead walks, I follow the five minutes per month of puppy age rule, ie a 16 week old pup can have a 20 minute walk
Group Dog Walking
Group Dog Walking £12
Group walks are normally an hour long for sociable dogs. The priority will be to match dogs temperaments so they have fun, companionship and plenty of exercise with like minded hounds.
Dogs will be walked on lead until I feel confident they have excellent recall and owners have signed the off lead disclaimer.
Group walks are small and will be no more than three to four dogs maximum
Cat Feed and Check
Cat Feed And Check from £8
Most cats prefer to stay in their own home when you are away on holiday or out for long days so I offer a feed and check service so they can be left in familiar surroundings
Home Visits
Home Visits From £8
Can be an alternative to my dog walks as I can let your dog out for a toilet break and offer companionship, feed or administer any medication they may require. This is also a valuable service when you have a new puppy/kitten or rescue pet that needs social interaction in the early days of ownership. Home visits are also for all your other small pets/furries too. I can feed and clean out rabbit/guinea-pig hutches etc...

Happy Walkers Play Field £10
For sociable dogs that love having fun with other hounds I offer the Happy Walkers Play Field where your dogs can let off steam, play and chase their chums and generally have a great time coming home tired and happy.
The field is securely fenced so is ideal for dogs lacking good recall or for youngsters just learning.

Equine Care

I can provide care for your horse /pony while you are away, at work or simply short of time. This can either be a regular service or one off's. The following services are available as either stable or field visits.
Feeding, mucking out, turn out/bringing in, rug change and field skip outs etc...
Early or regular booking recommended. Additional dogs/cats from same house hold discounted @ 50% All prices may be subject to slight alterations depending on the tailored service you require. There may be a fuel charge incured if outside the normal areas covered. Sunday 's and holidays ie. bank holidays, easter etc walks /visits priced at time and half, Christmas subject to further surcharges* Walks and visits are available in all weathers, all year round. Fully insured: Dog walking, Care, custody, control, public liability, loss of keys/replacement locks, pets in transit and pet minding etc... Lovely Country walks.
